Nous résidons dans un monde en constante évolution, où nous aspirons à voir prédominer les changements positifs. Alors que nous progressons, mon souhait est de voir un nombre croissant de jeunes femmes se sentir habilitées par leur environnement, prêtes à faire leur part pour contribuer à un avenir meilleur.
As an American living here in France and raising my French-American daughter, my goal for The Sorority is to bring to France some of the female mentoring and networking experiences that I have had the pleasure of participating in during my years in America.

Indeed, during my teenage years, I had the pleasure of being part of the University of Washington Alumni Association. I have had the opportunity to attend numerous board meetings with the goal of getting more students involved in alumni activities and pre-degree mentoring programs. This experience opened my eyes to the importance of peer-to-peer encouragement and support, especially for young women looking to pursue their dreams.

There, I often mentored young interns who were passionate about marketing, offering them advice and support to help them get started in this competitive field. This professional experience allowed me to realize the extent to which mentoring can have a positive impact on the career and personal development of individuals.
However, what truly shaped my journey and gave birth to the idea of The Sorority was my involvement as treasurer and board member of the Jr. League of Seattle. By joining this women-led organization focused on supporting women and children, I was deeply touched by the solidarity and empowerment there. This experience was an eye-opener for me, showing me how women can uplift each other and accomplish great things when they work together.
