Each student room benefits from a palette of colors carefully selected according to their meaning.
The furniture is thoughtfully arranged to create an inspiring and relaxing environment. Each room is designed to optimize the organization and fluidity of daily life.
Rents vary from 360 euros to 390 euros per month, charges (water + electricity) and internet included, depending on the size and layout of the room. Student rental contracts, lasting 10 months, can be modified on request, allowing you to keep your room for the following year.
Each room is equipped:
a 90x200cm bed, a dressing room, a bedside table, a desk, storage, paintings, a laundry drying system, a mirror, a bedside lamp, a desk lamp, an office chair, an Alexa Dot, a fan, a wardrobe, sheets, duvets and pillows.
